What should be noted when using the machine for the first time?

1.Unpack, wash and dry all parts, Fill tank and preheat unit

2.Grind, dose, level and tamp grounds, Lock portafilter, place cup and extract

3.Purge steam 2s; submerge wand to steam milk

4.Wipe & purge wand, discard spent grounds
What are useful tips for making silky milk foam?

1. Use full-fat fresh milk.

2. Turn off the steam button to drain the condensate.

3. Tilt the steam wand slightly below the surface of the milk to create fine milk foam.
Why is freshly pulled espresso not hot enough?

If the coffee is not hot enough, you can use an empty filter cup to brew a pot of double-sized coffee to preheat the machine. This will heat the extraction head, filter cup, and cups to the optimal temperature.
Why does no coffee flow out after starting extraction?

1.Over-fine grind / over-tamped grounds block flow
